James Cox, CEO

My responsibilities: As CEO I act as the responsible person for all our services that are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

I act as Company Secretary on behalf of the West House Management Board. I have chaired the Cumbria Learning Disability Provider Forum for the last five years and I am particularly interested in how organisations can work together to develop services and improve the lives of the people and families we support in Cumbria.

I am the Data Protection Officer for West House.

Lesley Reid, Operations Director

My responsibilities: I am Operational Director for our Community Activities and Social Enterprise services.

This includes day opportunities, evenings and weekends, community based support, education, employment, social and recreation.

Katie Winrow, Business Director

My responsibilities: As Business Director, I am responsible for ensuring the financial viability and stability of West House via effective management of contracts, developing and implementing plans for sustainable growth and delivering system and process improvements to deliver efficiencies and improve quality.

Nisha Merrett, People & Development Director

My responsibilities:

As People & Development Director, I oversee HR, Training and Payroll services at West House, I work closely with the Operational Team to ensure the needs of the people we support are met in line with our organisational Mission whilst supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

Alan Scott, Operations Director

My responsibilities: I am one of three Registered Managers for our Domiciliary (support at home) services.

I am the project lead for Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the organisational lead for safeguarding across adult services.
