Care Quality Commission ratings
West House is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide two regulated activities:
1. ‘Personal care’ from our Domiciliary Care Service to people living in their own homes.
2. ‘Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care’ in our residential care homes – though none are registered to provide nursing care.

Our children’s services are inspected by Ofsted. We are pleased to say that all our services are rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.
