I) All new hires for permanent positions (ex Bank Relief contracts), where the offer of employment is made on or after the 25th October 2021 shall be eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus to the value of £250. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus, a new hire cannot have been in employment with West House in the previous 12 months of any application. The Welcome Bonus will be issued on successful completion of the first month of service and will be paid as selected high street vouchers or as a cash bonus via payroll. Please note a cash bonus may have tax/NI/universal credit implications. The Welcome Bonus scheme is active until 25thJanuary 2022. West House reserves the right to withhold the issue of the Welcome Bonus for any reasons where a cause for concern may arise for example poor performance. In such circumstances, the employee will be notified. West House reserves the right to amend and add to this scheme from time to time as they see fit.
