Role: Earn up to £29,533 annually, full-time equivalent, for those undertaking one sleep-in per week. Support people who have a learning disability and other associated needs by ensuring their independence, choice rights and inclusion through the enhancement of their personal, domestic and social needs. Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check. Drivers are welcomed as driving work vehicles can be a requirement of the role.
Salary: £24,829 (£12.21 p/h) to £25,622 (£12.60 p/h) + up to an additional £4k per year in sleepover allowance for full-time contracts.

Location: Various- Copeland / Allerdale
Role: Support children and young people with learning disabilities and associated needs, promoting their independence, choice, rights, and inclusion by enhancing their personal, domestic, and social skills. Role: West House is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Floshfield service in Cleator, a small and welcoming residential home supporting up to five adults with learning disabilities. As Registered Manager, you will provide strong, effective leadership to ensure safe, person-centred, and high-quality care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including staff supervision and development, safeguarding, compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, and budget management. Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
Salary: Up to £38,500 plus benefits
Hours: Full-time
Location: Floshfield Service, Cleator

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our strategic plans working alongside skilled Managers and staff teams to deliver high-quality services for people with learning disabilities.
Salary: Up to £49,419 plus benefits

Location: Throughout Allerdale, Copeland and Carlisle
