Simply follow the link which you should have received via your work email from Life Works, use the verification code and complete the sign-up process.

You can contact the counselling service anytime either online using the chat facility or via telephone number 0800 169 1920. The site also gives you access to a host of other advice and support ranging from family, health, life, money and work.
