Role: Support people who have a learning difficulties and other associated needs by ensuring their independence, choice rights and inclusion through the enhancement of their personal, domestic and social needs.
Join our crew of super support workers and you will receive a welcome bonus of £250 in your first full month's pay!
Salary: £9.50 p/h to £9.90 p/h + up to an additional £6k per year in sleepover allowance for full-time contracts
Hours: Various hours available from 15 – 39hrs per week
Location: Available across West Cumbria and Carlisle
Role: We are looking for an experienced manager to be responsible for supporting a skilled and knowledgeable support team, providing care and support to people with learning difficulties living in their own home in line with our values of being person-centred, positive and inclusive.
Salary: £32,386 p/a depending on skills and experience
Hours: Full-time
Location: Across Copeland and Allerdale
Join us as an Apprentice and work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Care (Standard) supported by Lakes College West Cumbria.
An apprenticeship at West House will enable you to gain on-the-job training, whilst receiving a wage and qualifications in a rewarding, positive and person-centred environment.
Role: To assist the people we support to lead as active and independent lives as possible by providing person-centred care.
Salary: £4.15 per hour for the first 12 months. National Minimum Wage thereafter.
Hours: 35 hours per week (on the job training)
